Kenneth Holland is a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate professional who specializes in helping buyers find homes with more land and fewer houses nearby. With many years in real estate and more than 24 years owning and operating a construction company, Kenneth brings a rare, practical understanding of how homes are built—and how they should function long after closing day.
Before transitioning into real estate, Kenneth spent nearly a quarter century in construction, overseeing projects, solving structural problems, and managing long-term investments. That background allows him to guide buyers beyond surface-level features and into the details that truly matter: layout, lot usability, drainage, build quality, and long-term value. His clients don’t just buy homes—they make informed decisions.
Kenneth works primarily with buyers who want breathing room. Acreage properties, edge-of-town neighborhoods, and homes that offer privacy without sacrificing access to the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex are his specialty. He lives this lifestyle himself on 1.5 acres, giving him firsthand insight into the benefits—and responsibilities—that come with space, land, and fewer neighbors.
A graduate of BYU–Idaho, Kenneth values integrity, communication, and stewardship—principles that guide both his business and personal life. He has been married for 24 years and is the proud father of four children, including two daughters in college, a son serving a church mission, and a son in high school. Faith, family, and church are central to his life, along with time spent hunting and fishing whenever possible.
Real estate gives Kenneth the freedom to build a life aligned with those priorities—and he helps his clients do the same. His approach is direct, educational, and client-first, ensuring buyers feel confident, prepared, and supported at every step of the process.
